Excellent and easy position, we appreciated staying here.
overall it was a nice size and reasonably priced with things under the bed. essentials that you need, such as a tv and a coffeemaker, were there. the employees were very friendly and amicable all the time.

The stuff was helpful, so I would stay there again. The staff where more than helpful with any issue. Location: the hotel was next to restaurants, stores, restaurants n bus line and Niagara Falls. Moreover, I went to the lake, its 20 minutes walk away.

Convenient location near the falls and rainbow blvd, with lots of attractions, restaurants, and outlets around. 🍔 I usually went to KFC nearby for a quick bite.

Location
The hotel is being operated on a shoestring. There was a sliding door to the outside which was convenient. However, the handle was broken and the door was extremely difficult to move. The room while neat did not feel clean. The building is old. The breakfast was minimal and unhealthy so we had to eat elsewhere. This is my second stay in this chain. I will not have a third stay at amvi.

It was reasonable in price...close to our venue...
Room wasnt very clean..found a bug that we didnt know what it was...that instantly turned us off...No extra TP in the bathroom...that should never happen!!!WOuldnt stay again...wouldnt judge a hotel room from online..dont think it was the same place:(

It is 2 miles away from Niagara Falls! Bed was big and very confortable. Breakfast was good to be a motel (juice, coffee, bagels, toaster and cinnamon rolls)
The facilities are very old and not very well taken care of.
